The information you provide us is necessary either to enter into a contractual relationship with us, or for other purposes. Personal identification numbers are only processed in exceptional cases for specific services that require legitimate identity.

Will we share your information further?

We will never sell your personal information to third parties without your permission.
We may transfer to, or share your information with, selected third parties, as follows. We take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your information is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferred to or shared with such selected third parties.

Suppliers and subcontractors

  • You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect, incomplete or misleading and the right to restrict the processing of personal data.
  • You have the right to be deleted (forgotten), but deletion of personal data cannot take place if it is required to fulfill a contract or if other Swedish or European law, court or authority decision states otherwise, and if it is based on legitimate interest. Should you believe that there are no legitimate reasons or that legitimate interest is incorrect, you have the right to object to the processing.
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
  • You can also submit a complaint about the processing to the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
  • You can object to direct marketing that is not classified as public information.

We may update this privacy policy. We will announce such updates on www.dgm.se and also inform you about the changes that have been made to the policy.
